Ram Kripa is the official companion app and website for Ram Kripa Mandir, Hathras, Uttar Pradesh. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We do not use advertising IDs, analytics SDKs, or any third-party tracking.
What we collect
Phone number
To create your account and sign you in by OTP.
Name
For your account and for sankalp details on a yagya request.
City (optional)
Profile detail, if you choose to add it.
Photo (optional)
ID proof for verification at the temple gate, if you choose to add it.
Camera (staff only)
To scan a booking QR code at the gate. Images are not stored.
What we do not collect
- — Location data.
- — Advertising identifiers.
- — Any third-party tracking or analytics.
- — Payment information — the app does not handle payments.
How your data is handled
Your information is sent only to the temple's own backend at api.ramkripa.org and is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. One-time passwords are sent by SMS through our messaging provider, MSG91, solely to deliver the login code. We do not share your data with any other party.
Deleting your account
You can ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time. Contact the temple by the details below and we will remove your account, profile, and booking history.
Records we are required to retain for temple operations are removed once they are no longer needed.
Children
The app is intended for adults. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
