These terms apply to the Ram Kripa app and website, run by Ram Kripa Mandir, Hathras, Uttar Pradesh. By using them you agree to what follows.
What the service is for
The app lets you book prashad, request a yagya, and reserve a Ram Naam book, and lets you follow the temple's collective Ram Naam count. It is a convenience for devotees. It does not handle payments.
Your account
You sign in with your phone number and a one-time password. Keep your phone secure — bookings made from your account are treated as yours. Give accurate details, especially sankalp information for a yagya.
Bookings
A booking code reserves a slot or a book; it is not a payment or a guarantee beyond the temple's capacity. Show your code at the temple to collect. The temple may cancel or reschedule bookings when needed, for example on a closure or a festival.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for genuine seva. Do not abuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or book on behalf of others without their knowledge.
Availability
We try to keep the service running but provide it as-is. It may be unavailable at times for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
Changes
We may update these terms or the service. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
